Drone Surveing

Our highly skilled, in-house Pilots  have  both the knowledge and expertise in all aspects
UAV data collection surveying and fault inspection

UAV Surveying

iSpy Sydney offers a variety of drone surveying options including; land surveys, photogrammetry, 3D mapping, topographic surveys, and more.

Our drone services excel when surveying challenging terrain, making each project safer, and more time and cost efficient than human operated surveys, expanding access to what was previously impossible.

Drone surveys can benefit a variety of industries including; construction, energy infrastructure, agriculture, land management, environmental research, and public safety.

1

Fault inspection

Our drones can be loaded with specialised payload technology including thermal cameras, gas detection sensors, UHD zoom cameras and many more to carry out fault inspections among different industry, including, solar PV, Wind farms, construction and infrastructure, agriculture to railway.

This has a huge potential to save time and money, all the while maintaining the highest level of safety and capture of aerial data quality.

2

photogrammetry 2D and 3D mapping

Drones have the ability to capture HD quality video and pictures. However with our specialised software, we are able to create bespoke Digital elevation model (DEM), tiled model.

Photogrammetry is the process of generating a 3D model from a set of 2D photographs. In surveying, this is done by taking two or more images of the same point from different angles.

3D mapping is necessary to understand the complete picture and put your project in perspective. Allowing the building of a 3D model from captured Geodata.

3

Lidar Surveying

Lidar surveying is a method for determining ranges (variable distance) by targeting an object or a surface with a laser and measuring the time for the reflected light to return to the receiver. It can also be used to make digital 3D representation of areas on the Earth’s surface and ocean bottom of the intertidal and near coastal zone by varying the wavelength of light

Equip your drone with a LiDAR camera to produce a high-density point cloud. LiDAR is particularly effective for mapping densely-vegetated areas, collecting data in low-light environments and helping to detect small features, such as wires and cabling.

A LiDAR map is useful for industries such as forestry, agriculture/landscaping and public safety.

4

Photogrammetry

Photogrammetry. In a photogrammetry survey, the drone’s onboard high-resolution camera takes a series of overlapping images of the survey area.

5

Precision agriculture

Protecting your site by having your fire alarm monitored is an investment for your business. If your fire alarm is activated, the signal from your alarm will be received by our UK based state-of-the-art control room facility. One of our trained operatives will be on hand 24/7 to take the necessary course of action in the event of an alarm being activated.
